Reference Projects

As a new company, Green Mango’s reference of completed projects is limited at the same time that its creative pipeline runs full with unique concepts and ambitious potential deal flow.  Following is a brief synopsis of completed and current projects:

 

Pink Paddlers is a one hour documentary film about Singapore breast cancer survivors who participate in competitive dragon boat racing for physical and emotional well-being.  Originated and produced by Green Mango and directed by Jasmine Ng, the Singapore premiere of the film will be held on 26 March 2007.  Filmed in High Definition Television (“HDTV”) format, Green Mango is in discussions to arrange for broadcast of the film on local and regional free to air (“FTA”) television and its inclusion in international film festivals.

 

Green Mango is in post production in Manila, Philippines on a separate documentary film about Philippine breast cancer survivors (title to be announced.)  Agreement has been reached with a regional cable television company on the inaugural broadcast of the film.  Please check back with this site’s News and Events page for details as they appear.

 

Green Mango is working with local development sources to present a series of Directors’ master classes to be held in Singapore in late 2007.  The classes are of primary interest to professionals in the Singapore film industry and will include presentations by established directors from the US and Canada.

 

Green Mango has an alliance relationship with Creative Cross-Border Productions Inc. of the Philippines to present digital cinematography classes in Manila, Philippines starting in March 2007.

 

In 2006 Green Mango produced a film training module for aspiring film students of high school age.  Green Mango sub-contracted directors and technical personnel to teach the students how to conceive and execute short film projects.  The initial roll-out of the course was for two school terms at an international school in Singapore.
